Medium-sized bonsai are often displayed as two trees with an accent.
The two trees can be the same size or different (as in this photo).
One tree is always elevated higher than the other.
One is usually an evergreen while the other is a fruiting/flowering or deciduous tree.
The accent is a flat (legless) stand.
